TPD: Man arrested for DUI after crashing into Brookside business
TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) —
Tulsa police responded to a collision at Total Pilates near 38th and Peoria on Monday night.
Officers arrived around 11:15 p.m. and found Francisco Esparza sitting inside his vehicle.
During the investigation, police found out the driver crashed into the building, causing damage.
Witnesses said Esparza was driving in circles in the parking lot before crashing into the building.
Officers conducted a sobriety test on him and determined Esparza was over the legal drinking limit.
No one was injured.
Esparza was arrested and is facing a DUI charge and multiple traffic warrants.
