TPS Enrollment Center offers extended hours this week for student enrollment
TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) -- Tulsa Public Schools is offering extended hours at the Enrollment Center to help parents and families complete student enrollment before school starts Wednesday, Aug. 22.
The Enrollment Center, at 2819 S. New Haven Ave., is open Monday through Thursday this week from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Students who are new to the district, who were not enrolled on the last day of school or who moved out of their assigned school's boundary are required to enroll before the first day of school. Students promoted from one site to another (moving from elementary to junior high) do not need to re-enroll.
Students must be enrolled by a parent or legal guardian who lives within the district. Required documents include:
- Student's birth certificate and immunization record
- Proof of residency (utility bill, lease or mortgage statement)
- Parent or guardian photo ID
Bilingual staff members are available to help translate for Spanish-speaking parents or guardians. Anyone without the required documents should call the Enrollment Center at (918) 746-7500.
