TULSA, Ola. (KTUL) — A Tulsa judge has postponed the murder trial of Michael Bever, one of two brothers accused of killing their parents and three siblings in 2015 at their Broken Arrow home.
The trial was set to start in June, but now at the request of the prosecution it has been rescheduled to Aug. 28.

Bever's older brother, Robert Bever, pleaded guilty to the murders and was sentenced to life in prison.
