TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) — The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office participated in a two-day Law Enforcement Active Shooter Emergency Response training.
TCSO says this course addresses technical aspects of planning and implementing rapid law enforcement deployment to an active shooter incident through classroom presentation, as well as hands-on and scenario training.
"This will prepare our deputies to better protect the students and staff they serve during an active shooter event," TCSO said in a Facebook post Thursday afternoon.
