Tulsa police name victims in Monday's 3 separate murders
TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) -- Tulsa police have released the names of three people who were murdered Monday in separate crimes.
Police say Jeremy Armstrong, 19, was shot in the parking lot of Apache Food Mart near Apache and Yale Monday afternoon. He was taken to the hospital but died from his injuries.
Hours later police say a 19-year-old woman, now identified as Kelsey Tennant, was strangled to death by a man who had broken into her apartment near 65th and Mingo in south Tulsa. Greg Epperson, 41, was arrested for the murder.
Late Monday night, police say a 31-year-old man was shot while driving near East Seminole and North Utica in north Tulsa. He died just after midnight. Police have now identified him as Durrell Collins.
Investigators are still searching for suspects in connection with the deadly shootings of Armstrong and Collins.
