TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) -- A Tulsa woman accused of molesting her baby and sending videos of the assaults to her boyfriend will spend the next 25 years in federal prison.

Jerrica Lackey, 30, was convicted of sexual exploitation of a child, according to United States Attorney Trent Shores. Shores announced Lackey's sentence Thursday.

“This case is an excellent example of state and federal law enforcement working together to identify those who exploit children," said Shores. "We will hold those who prey on the most vulnerable in our society, and who choose to manufacture child pornography, accountable for their actions.”

According to court documents, deputies responded to Lackey's home in May 2017 after her baby's father found pictures and video of the abuse on Lackey's cellphone. She then told investigators she met someone online who urged her to molest the baby.

The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Tulsa Police Department and the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office.
