Two people were arrested after police say they raped a woman they met at an Oklahoma City night club.

Oklahoma City Police Department reports show that at approximately 2:45 a.m. May 13 police were called to a possible rape at Holiday Inn, 4401 SW 15 Street.

At the hotel, police spoke with a woman who stated she had gone to Cowboys, 2301 S. Meridian, to "blow off some steam". While at the bar she met up with a group and began playing pool.

The woman stated Gerald William Steltzlen, 22, and Chance Craig-Vazquez, 22, bought her drinks and continued to purchase beers and shots for the woman, despite her asking them to stop. She told police that she continued to drink and remembered becoming dizzy while playing pool.

The next thing the woman told police she remembered was someone helping her walk and waking up to Steltzlen and Vazquez having sex with her in a hotel room. When she became coherent, the woman dialed 911.

Police took both Steltzlen and Vazquez into custody at the room. Vazquez told police that the two men had left the group with the victim and went dancing. He claimed when they returned to their hotel room the woman was already inside having sex with their friend. The man stated that the third friend left and the woman began performing oral sex on him. When he was unable to get an erection he claims he then went to take a shower. Vazquez said when he got out of the shower, the woman was calling 911. Steltzlen reportedly refused to speak with police.

Both Vazquez and Steltzlen were arrested on complaints of first-degree rape.
