Victim identified in south Tulsa murder

TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) – Police have identified the victim in a south Tulsa murder Friday night

Khalid, Jabara, 37, was shot a little before 7 p.m. Friday in the stomach. He was taken to a local hospital but later died from his wounds.
