TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) — Multiple agencies are investigating an officer-involved shooting near Highway 51 and Southeast 1st Street this morning.
FBI Oklahoma said a Wagoner police officer fired shots at a suspect, hitting them.
The suspect was taken to a nearby hospital and being treated for their injuries. Their condition is unknown.
The officer was not injured.
FBI officials said the suspect's identity will not be released at this time, and there's no additional threat to the public.
The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation and U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Oklahoma are assisting in the investigation.
