WCSO: 5-hour standoff in Broken Arrow ends peacefully
BROKEN ARROW, Okla. (KTUL) —
The Wagoner County Sheriff's Office responded to an armed and barricaded subject in a Broken Arrow neighborhood near South 256th East Avenue and 91st Street South Saturday afternoon.
As of 8:30 p.m., sheriff's deputies say the standoff is now over. The suspect came out peacefully after about five hours, deputies say.
Deputies had been called to the residence around 3:15 p.m. in reference to a domestic violence situation.
When deputies arrived, the suspect had barricaded himself inside the residence.
No suspect information is being released at this time.
