Rogers County woman arrested in shock collar child abuse case

TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) — A Rogers County woman was arrested for her involvement in a child abuse case in which a man, identified as Gustus Pennington, allegedly held her hostage and used a shock collar on a 3-year-old child.

Deputies say Jeannette Wilson was part of the abuse as well.

The sheriff's office says she made herself appear to be a victim at first, but it became apparent after interviews with her that she played a part in the abuse, according to deputies.
