Union High School senior outside linebacker Kyrei Fisher signed his national letter of intent to play football at the University of Arkansas Monday. Fisher was a longtime verbal commit to Minnesota.

But amidst some recent turmoil within the Gophers football program coupled with the fact Fisher wanted to be closer to home, he decided to go with the Razorbacks.

Kyrei will enroll in Fayetteville next semester to take part in the team's spring practice.
