Severe storms Sunday across parts of northern Texas produced rotating supercells with strong winds and hail.

In this video, storm chaser Jason Cooley caught video of hail near Dean and Wichita Falls, Texas as it fell across the mostly rural countryside. Cows in area ranches tried to run away from large hailstones.

More storms are threatening the same areas of north Texas Monday as well as much of Oklahoma. The main threat is large hail.

The severe weather threat diminishes Monday evening, but the region will stay unsettled with more showers and thunderstorms expected through Thursday.
